"Norwood bootcamp is geared to all ages, sizes, and physical capabilities. After my first workout, 3 years ago, I knew I was going to be a “lifer”. I have been to several different bootcamps run from different studios in the city but not one could compare to Norwood. The structured workouts are specifically designed to challenge us as well as try and take our bodies potential to the next level. It becomes an addiction. You come to class expecting only one thing, and that is to work hard. Every workout is a challenge both mentally and physically, but you'll love it.
